Cynthia Kagiri

Cynthia Kagiri is an experienced governance professional currently serving as Governance Officer and Triennial Council Project Manager at World Vision since August 2022. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Legal and Governance Advisor at UAP OLD MUTUAL GROUP from March 2021 to August 2022. Cynthia's career began at Mboya Wangong'u & Waiyaki, where roles included Senior Associate, Associate, and Legal Assistant from September 2013 to March 2021. Prior experience includes an internship at Njeri Kariuki Advocates in 2012 and an internship at Corporate Talk Group in 2009. Academically, Cynthia earned a Masters of Law specializing in Corporate Governance from the University of Nairobi, a Certified Public Secretary qualification from East Africa School of Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
