Erica Murphy

Erica Murphy has extensive experience in research and policy, currently serving as the Research and Policy Lead for the Right to Education Index at World Vision since April 2021. Prior to this role, Erica was a Legal Research Consultant at ESCR-Net, focusing on data for economic, social, and cultural rights. Erica's career includes significant contributions as a Project Officer and Project Lead at the Right to Education Initiative, where high-quality research, policy analysis, and monitoring priorities were developed and implemented. Earlier experiences include a Communications Officer role at the Global Campaign for Education, various researcher positions at UCL, and teaching English in Japan. Erica holds a Master's degree in Human Rights from UCL, attained in 2013.
