Partnership Leader (vp) Fundraising, Marketing & Innovation at World Vision International

Jason Graves has extensive experience in leadership roles within the non-profit sector. Jason worked at World Vision from 2014 onwards, where they served as Partnership Leader (VP) Fundraising, Marketing & Innovation and later as Global Fundraising and Marketing Director. During their time at World Vision, they oversaw a global portfolio of private revenue and drove revenue growth for key segments in multiple countries. Prior to that, Jason worked at Compassion International as the Strategy and Innovation Director for Critical Interventions and Child Survival from 2010 to 2014. Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, they were the Founder and President of eSpor Inc., where they managed product development, corporate and product marketing, and sales strategies. Jason also held the position of Director of Partner Development: North America at DriveWorks and Director of Global Channel Sales and Marketing: eLearning and Director of Technical Operations: North America at Tata Technologies.

Jason Graves has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, and Computer-Aided Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oral Roberts University, and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa. Additionally, they have completed Executive Education programs in Negotiation and Leadership from Harvard University, Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Managing Teams for Innovation from Stanford University, and Design Thinking Product Development from Stanford University.
