Jen Knight

Jen Knight is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in internal and external communications across various industries. Currently serving as Global People & Culture Communications Manager at World Vision since May 2022, Jen has successfully developed and executed internal communication plans to support HR activities and culture. Previously, as Senior Communications Manager at Cargill, Jen led communications for the animal nutrition business in North America, fostering trust and engagement with key audiences. Over nearly two decades at CWT, Jen held multiple leadership roles, providing strategic internal communications and guidance on various employee initiatives. Jen is also the founder of Portland Mom Collective, where impressive community engagement and substantial sales were achieved. Jen holds a B.S. in Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Advertising from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
