Joseph Waters

Joseph Waters currently serves as the Technical Director for Sponsorship Field Innovation & Continuous Improvement at World Vision, a position held since December 2016. In this role, Joseph oversees the global launch of Chosen™, an innovative child sponsorship program allowing children to select their own sponsors. Previously, Joseph worked as the Director of Sponsor Engagement at World Vision USA and held various project management roles at World Vision from 2007 to 2016. Earlier experience includes software and web development at Frontline Solutions, as well as robotics programming at Helac Corporation. Joseph holds a degree in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University, specializing in Project Management for Strategic Execution.
