Julianne Struck

Julianne Struck currently serves as the Director of International Vision Trips at World Vision USA, a role held since February 2016, where leadership is provided to Vision Trip Managers to enhance donor experiences and foster community impact. Since February 2013, Julianne has also held the title of Director and Sr. Business Operations Project Manager at World Vision, overseeing project management and process improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions as Vision Trip Manager and Associate Director/Operations Manager at World Vision USA, and various HR roles at The Home Depot, culminating in the opening and staffing of a new facility. Julianne holds a BA in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Behavior from Seattle Pacific University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Bellevue College.
