Margaret Kagimba

Margaret Kagimba has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in leadership roles at World Vision and World Vision Uganda. Margaret started their career at World Vision Uganda in 2006 as an HR Director and remained in this role until September 2011. In 2009, they joined World Vision as an HR Director, and later became the People & Culture Director in January 2019. Currently, Margaret holds the position of Regional People & Culture Director at World Vision, starting in August 2022.

Margaret Kagimba holds a Master's degree in Organisational Leadership from Eastern University, USA. Prior to that, they attended Makerere University, although details about their degree and field of study are not provided.
