Michael Jeter

Michael Jeter is an accomplished Grant Capacity Program Manager at World Vision, where responsibilities include training, supporting, and coaching on proposal development, project implementation, risk management, and grant compliance since April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Director of STARS Book Clubs at Antioch Waco, leading the expansion of a literacy and mentoring program from 150 to 1,200 students weekly and fostering significant academic growth in low-performing schools. Additionally, as a Community Development Representative for the City of Waco, Michael co-managed a $785,000 federal grant while ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from William & Mary and has furthered education at Yonsei University.
