Michelle Carney Sparks

Michelle Carney Sparks, PHR, currently serves as the Workday Technical Analyst Team Lead at World Vision, where responsibilities include leading a global team, enhancing the Workday HR System, and collaborating with senior leadership to improve business efficiencies. Previously, Michelle held the position of Director HRIS at EXOS, managing a team focused on the HR System Workday and providing training and professional development. Additional experience includes roles as HR Shared Services Manager at EXOS, HR Manager at Safeguard Security and Communications, Office Manager at Synergon Partners, and Clinical Therapist at Family Options. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
