Nicole Duciaume

Nicole Duciaume has extensive experience in sponsorship programming and partnership development, currently serving as the Director of the Sponsorship Programming Team at World Vision since February 2020. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at ChildFund International from March 2005 to February 2020, including Senior Manager of Sponsorship Partnerships, where strategic support and leadership in building new partnerships were essential. Nicole's background also includes roles such as Regional Sponsorship Manager for the Americas and Sponsorship Documentation Specialist, focusing on enhancing donor engagement and operational efficiencies in sponsorship efforts across multiple countries. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Publications Associate at InterAction and Publishing Coordinator at Zoom Media Group. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Vanderbilt University and a PMD Pro Certificate in project management for development professionals from LINGOS.
