Rich Dessert

Rich Dessert is an accomplished IT professional with over 20 years of experience in network and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Infrastructure and Applications at World Vision since June 2011, Rich leads teams responsible for critical areas such as network infrastructure, cloud hosting, and identity management, while spearheading digital transformation initiatives. Previous roles at World Vision included Director of IT Infrastructure and Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure, where Rich oversaw various aspects of enterprise network solutions and cloud migrations. Rich's extensive background also includes a 20-year career with the Air National Guard, experience with Sterling Commerce and Verizon Business, and foundational roles in the US Air Force. Rich holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, along with leadership and project management certificates from Cornell University.
