Sarah Spaniolo

Sarah Spaniolo is an experienced Manager of Operations at World Vision, focusing on Treasury Innovation, Leadership, and Education since February 2024. Previously, as a Conference Executive Producer at Getty Music LLC, Sarah planned the Sing! Worship Conference, attended by over 16,000 participants. Prior roles include Director of Hospitality & Community Formation at Christ Presbyterian Church and Director of Community Groups at Pacific Crossroads Church, where Sarah oversaw large groups and developed leaders. Sarah also has a substantial background in media production, with roles at Discovery Communications, Oprah Winfrey Network, and TLC, contributing to major live specials and highly-rated television programs. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Relations from Michigan State University.
