Soomin Lee

Soomin Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource acquisition and program management within nonprofit international development. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Acquisition for World Vision since June 2015, Soomin Lee has led efforts in strategy development, proposal writing, and performance management of a 10-member team. Previous roles include Senior Grant Acquisition Manager, where Soomin Lee successfully developed a resource acquisition strategy and led significant project bids totaling $10 million from KOICA, and Operations Manager focused on budget management and strategic implementation. Soomin Lee's earlier positions with the ASEAN Cyber University Secretariat and Korean Educational Development Institute contributed to a strong foundation in project planning and stakeholder engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations from Sogang University and a Bachelor's degree from Konkuk University.
