Warren Blessing Tukwasibwe

Warren Blessing Tukwasibwe is an experienced professional with a robust background in community health systems and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Advisor for Community Health Systems Strengthening at Living Goods since April 2019, Warren also holds the position of Operations Manager in the Integrated Programs Division at World Vision Uganda since July 2014. Additionally, Warren has been a Deputy Chief/Program Manager at World Vision since October 2010 and worked as the National Technical Manager for Save the Children Norway from January 2007 to October 2010. Earlier experience includes serving as a Regional Coordinator at CARE from May 2005 to January 2007. Warren possesses advanced academic qualifications, including a Master of Arts in International Relations and Development from Nkumba University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Makerere University, along with training in strategic planning and execution for development projects.
