Darby Lee

Darby Lee is an experienced Senior Program Manager in Humanitarian & Emergency Affairs at World Vision USA, leading critical humanitarian initiatives across multiple countries, including Haiti, Venezuela, and Syria. With expertise in project management, Darby has effectively overseen up to eight simultaneous projects, developed strategic roadmaps, and supported localization efforts through partnerships. Previous roles include Access and Strategic Programme Advisor with the Danish Refugee Council, where access strategies for Rohingya populations were implemented, and Project Manager for child protection projects at ACTED. A graduate of Harvard University with a Master of Education, Darby also holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
