Deborah Padberg

Deborah Padberg is a dedicated philanthropy professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Since June 2014, Deborah has served as the Senior Philanthropy Director at World Vision USA, focusing on building relationships with major donors and driving significant financial contributions to combat extreme poverty through the organization's Every Last One campaign. Previously, from May 2008 to June 2014, Deborah managed an international team as Donor Relations Manager at World Vision, enhancing donor experiences and fundraising efforts to reach a campaign goal of $500 million. Earlier career experiences include directing the Child Life Program at Kaiser Permanente, where Deborah supported children and families in critical situations, and working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Trattner Network, connecting technical consultants with local companies. Deborah holds a Master of Arts in Education from Mills College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico.
