Aleah Knoll

Aleah Knoll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and fundraising management at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute since August 2010. As Senior Director of Philanthropy Gift Administration, Aleah oversees three teams responsible for gift processing, managing a staff of 15. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Fiscal & Regulatory Management, where responsibilities included supervising event compliance, ensuring timely revenue collection, and improving donor communication. Aleah's career also includes significant positions in the National Indoor Lacrosse League and a summer internship with the Lowell Spinners, highlighting a strong foundation in sales and customer relations. Aleah holds a B.S. degree in Recreation Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
