Don Lee

Don Lee has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as West Region Manager for Church Activation & Mobilization Programs at World Vision USA since October 2019, Don actively engages with churches and organizations to facilitate life-transforming initiatives in Africa. In addition, Don has held a Senior Representative role at Team World Vision since November 2014, focusing on providing clean water solutions. As the owner of DL Media since May 2010, Don leads in film and video production, photography, talent management, graphic design, songwriting, and music performance. Previous roles include Lead Pastor at Converge Family Church and Executive Pastor at NewSong Church, where Don emphasized vision casting, discipleship, and leadership development. Educational credentials include a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Biology from The Johns Hopkins University.
