Erin Payne

Erin Payne is a seasoned professional in program management and international development, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at World Vision USA since July 2022. Previously, Erin held the position of Associate Director for Latin America and Caribbean Programs at Heartland Alliance International, overseeing an $8 million budget and ensuring compliance with USG grants. With extensive experience at International Justice Mission, Erin developed strategic initiatives for Latin America and managed significant multi-year grant programs. Early career roles include positions at the U.S. Department of State and education as a Spanish and Reading Teacher. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Latin American and Hemispheric Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Spanish from Wheaton College.
