Sarah Oltmans

Sarah Oltmans is an experienced professional in grant strategy and health initiatives, currently serving as the Chief of Grant Strategy and Managing Director of Health at Robin Hood since August 2016. Additionally, Sarah holds a position on the Type One Diabetes Moonshot Impact Board since June 2022. Previous roles at Robin Hood include Director, Health, Senior Program Officer, and Program Officer from April 2007 to June 2016. Earlier career experiences include Program Officer at the Institute of International Education and a Policy Intern at the Initiative for Global Development. Sarah's background also includes work as an NGO Capacity Builder with the United States Peace Corps and as a Litigation Clerk at K&L Gates. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Seattle Pacific University.
