Grace Kieffer

Grace Kieffer has over 13 years of work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Grace is currently working as the HR Director for Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility at World Vision USA. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant at Ingersoll Rand from 2013 to 2016. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Talent at Talent en Pro. Grace began their career as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bimbo Bakeries USA from 2007 to 2010.

Grace Kieffer obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The College of New Jersey in the period from 2000 to 2005. Furthermore, they have obtained several additional certifications including Agile Performance Management from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2017, Hogan Assessment from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2016, and Strategic Human Resources Business Partner from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2015.
