Heidi Reys

Heidi Reys has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the nonprofit and communications sectors. Heidi is currently serving as the Vice President of Channel Development & Management at World Vision USA, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, Channel Development & Management at World Vision USA from September 2015 to October 2021.

Before joining World Vision USA, Heidi was the Chief of Staff for Growth Opportunities at World Vision US from November 2012 to September 2015. Heidi also served as the Director on the Board of Directors at the Washington State Quality Award from October 2009 to September 2015.

Earlier in their career, Heidi worked at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, where they held several leadership positions. Heidi was the VP and Chief of Staff for WE Studio D from December 2011 to November 2012. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Client Development from February 2010 to December 2011 and as the VP of Corporate Strategy and Sustainability from May 2007 to February 2010.

Heidi also has a long history with Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, starting as an Account Executive for Microsoft Consumer Division and Microsoft Corporate Accounts from 1994 to 1997. Heidi later served as the Account Manager for Microsoft Corporate Account from 1998 to 2002 and as the VP of Microsoft Windows and Market Expansion Group Accounts from 2002 to 2007.

Heidi Reys attended SBGE at Seattle Pacific University from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Marketing.
