Tara Bywater

Tara Bywater is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in organizational leadership within non-profit sectors. Tara has held key positions at World Vision USA as a Senior Operations Manager and at YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties, where roles included Association Director of Operations, Regional Executive Director, and Executive Member Experience Director.
