Prashant Mitta

Prashant Mitta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Prashant started their career as a Director at Enron International in 1996. After that, they worked as a Vice President at ConnectCapital, where they played a key role in investing and supporting global technology and services companies. In 2002, they joined Think Energy Partners as a Managing Director, focusing on investing and managing special situation clean energy companies. Prashant then founded the Mitta Foundation in 2008, where they currently serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and later the Chief Executive Officer at World Water Works, Inc., where they also invested in the company. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong track record of successfully managing and investing in various organizations.

Prashant Mitta pursued their education with notable achievements. Prashant attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology. Later, Prashant attended Columbia Business School from 1995 to 1997, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Columbia Business School, they specialized in Finance and International Business.
