Mark Heuer is a professional with extensive experience in environmental governance and sustainable seafood management. Currently serving as Project Manager for Sustainable Seafood at WWF Germany since June 2018, Mark has previously held positions as a Junior Consultant at CIMPA PLM Services and an intern at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where advisory support was provided to the German Ministry for Development and Economic Cooperation on international energy policy. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Governance from The University of Freiburg and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences/Political Science from Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. Experience also includes research assistant roles at both Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and Leuphana Universität Lüneburg, as well as an internship at Stockholm Resilience Centre.
