Ashley Schrage

Ashley Schrage, PMP, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and program management. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Lindenwood University PACE since July 2023, Ashley holds the role of Program Manager for Global Workforce Enablement at World Wide Technology, where contributions began in December 2021. With a strong focus on learning and development, Ashley also serves as the Director of Learning and Development for Red Sister Squad, specializing in instructional design and product management since January 2016. Previous teaching roles include Third Grade Teacher positions at HIGHLAND COMMUNITY UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT 5, Silver Creek Elementary, and New Baden Elementary School, emphasizing student engagement and differentiated instruction. Ashley holds master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as Educational Technology and Design, both obtained from the American College of Education.
