Brandon Helfrich

Brandon Helfrich is currently a Configuration Technician at World Wide Technology, responsible for the configuration and testing of networking, wireless, telecom, and collaboration devices, as well as core network storage and server technologies. Prior to this role, Brandon served as an IT Asset Management Intern at the same company, handling laptop imaging, hardware maintenance, asset recovery, and fulfilling hardware requests via ServiceNow. Earlier experience includes working as a Tier 1 Support Technician at Circle Fiber, providing customer support for internet and telephone services. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity from Southeast Missouri State University and a high school diploma from Seckman Sr. High School.
