Ed Thompson

Ed Thompson has extensive experience in network and security engineering, currently serving as an Engagement Consultant and Security Engineer at World Wide Technology since August 2015, specializing in deploying network security solutions such as ISE and Firepower Threat Defense. Previous roles include Network Technician at CACI - Network Services, where Ed managed over 300 end user devices, and Network / COMSEC Security Engineer at Partnership for Defense Innovation, focusing on cryptographic systems. Ed's career began in the US Army as an Aircraft Electrician, progressing through roles including Field Engineer and Technical Trainer at CACI International Inc.
