Kathy O'Neal-Williams

Kathy O'Neal-Williams currently serves as the Director of Delivery Excellence - Issue and Escalation Management and Prevention at World Wide Technology since May 2018, focusing on proactive prevention of project failures and efficient resolution of high-impact issues. Prior to this role, Kathy held various positions at Cisco from May 2006 to February 2018, including Area Director of Strategic Program Services and PMO Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing project management standards and ensuring customer satisfaction for Fortune 500 accounts. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Program Manager in Advisory Services and a Customer Solutions Manager at Cisco, along with a role as Professional Services Senior Consultant at EMC Corporation and Senior Project Manager at DST Systems. Kathy earned a degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
