Cheron Carlson

Manager, Employee Engagement at World Wildlife Fund

Cheron Carlson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee engagement and campaign management. Since September 2017, Cheron has served as the Manager of Employee Engagement at the World Wildlife Fund. Prior to this role, Cheron spent 14 years at EarthShare as Senior Vice President of National Campaign Services, where Cheron managed customer relationships for workplace fundraising campaigns across the U.S., delivered educational webinars, and organized large-scale environmental projects. Cheron began career in communications as the Communications Manager for the National Japanese American Memorial Foundation from 1998 to 2003, where responsibilities included developing messaging and coordinating significant events. Cheron earned an MBA in Global Business Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BA in Japanese and International Studies from The Ohio State University.
