Sanjana Ramesh

Sanjana Ramesh is an experienced professional in environmental program operations and donor relations, currently serving as a Program Operations Associate Specialist at the World Wildlife Fund since May 2023. Sanjana founded the DC South Asian Environmental Group to promote environmental connection and sustainability within the South Asian community. Previous roles include serving as a CX Associate at Crown Affair, Development Operations Associate at Defenders of Wildlife, and Advancement Gift Coordinator at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, where Sanjana achieved notable fundraising success. Earlier experience includes positions at Zoo Atlanta and Georgia Aquarium, focusing on donor relations, education, and animal care. Sanjana holds a Master of Arts in Biology from Miami University and a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences from The University of Georgia.
