Stephanie Cappa is a seasoned policy and government affairs professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Policy and Government Affairs at the World Wildlife Fund since January 2019, having previously held the position of Deputy Director in the same department. Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Interim Executive Director, Deputy Director, and Senior Policy Advisor for the Modernizing Foreign Assistance Network (MFAN) from March 2015 to January 2019, and a Senior Associate at Freedman Consulting, LLC. Stephanie also contributed to InterAction as the Manager of Development Policy and worked in the U.S. House of Representatives as a Legislative Assistant and Legislative Correspondent for Rep. Earl Blumenauer. Stephanie holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from Harvard Kennedy School and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy and Environmental Science & Policy from William & Mary.
