Jan Owen AM Hon DLitt serves as Principal at AdaptabilityQ and Co-Founder & Chair at Be Well.au. Additionally, Jan holds the position of Co-Chair at Learning Creates Australia, Co-Convenor at FoyerInvest Foyer Foundation, and provides strategic advisory roles for both World YMCA and YMCA Australia. Jan also chairs Cool Australia and is a Council Member for the World Economic Forum's Global Futures Council. As a strategic advisor at Hatch and podcast host for New Work Bites, Jan is actively engaged in various initiatives. Educational credentials include an Honorary Doctorate from Murdoch University and an Hon DLitt from the University of Sydney, complemented by early education at Brigidine College in Brisbane.
