Kathryn Cohen

Kathryn Cohen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management. Currently serving as the Manager of Member Engagement and Total Rewards Knowledge Leader at WorldatWork since March 2003, Kathryn has managed the WorldatWork Salary Budget Survey for over 13 years, making it the largest and longest-running industry survey on salary budget increases. Previous roles include HR Generalist at Cisco Systems, where support was provided to a client group of over 700 sales and finance employees, as well as positions at Deltanet Inc, Barclays Global Investors, and Bank One, AZ. Kathryn holds multiple professional certifications, including CCP, CBP, GRP, and WLCP, and earned a degree from Arizona State University between 1989 and 1993.
