Sue Holloway is currently the Director of Executive Compensation Strategy at WorldatWork, where Sue has held various leadership positions since July 2002. Prior to this, Sue worked at Southern California Edison (SCE) from 1985 to 1999, where Sue held a variety of roles in corporate compensation, performance management, human resources consulting, workforce management, executive compensation, systems analysis, and benefits analysis. Sue holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management from the University of Arizona.
