Michael Ikenga

Michael Ikenga has held various positions in the Human Resources field since 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Jubilee Nigeria Limited. In 2015, they worked as an Administrative and Social Officer for the National Youth Service Corps. From 2016 to 2020, they worked for HOMEWORK GROUP, where they held the roles of Senior Executive Human Resources, Business Analyst, and Administrative Officer. In 2020, they became the Head of Human Resources at Worldbay Technologies, where they constructed a monitoring system to track and report implementation of training plans for the group, provided budget/cost forecasting, and was the custodian of the training database.

Michael Ikenga has a Master of Science in Sociology from the University of Lagos, which they obtained in 2018. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Benin, which they obtained in 2014. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications, including an Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria CIPM, Project Management from Alison, Strategic Management from Alison, Operations Management from Alison, Customer Service from Alison, and Human Resources Management from Alison.
