Brad Coy

Brad Coy, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice Chair and member of the Board of Directors at Leadership Springfield, Brad is also co-founder of Impact Recruiting Partners and an affiliate at WorldBridge Partners. An active member of Missouri State University's Alumni Association, Brad has held numerous positions including Chair and Immediate Past Chair. Prior industry experience includes key procurement and supply management roles at EaglePicher Technologies, B/E Aerospace, EFCO Corporation, and The Boeing Company, demonstrating a strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Missouri State University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
