Kerri Hiatt is an experienced professional in the fields of recruiting, program management, and educational design. Currently serving as an Account Executive at WorldBridge Partners, Kerri previously held various roles at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, including Associate Director of Graduate Programs and Senior MBA Advisor, where a focus on stakeholder relationships, program administration, and client services enhanced operational efficiencies. As Assistant Director of MBA Programs and Senior Advisor, Kerri drove program growth, team management, and admissions processes, ensuring effective communication with diverse audiences. In an earlier role as Instructional Design Technology Specialist, Kerri successfully transitioned a traditional MBA program to a virtual format through collaboration and innovative design. Kerri holds both a Master’s degree in Adult Education with a specialization in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education with an emphasis in Computer Science, all from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
