Joel Kahn MD has been involved in a number of roles in the healthcare sector. Joel Kahn MD received their B.A. from Wesleyan University in 1982, majoring in Biology and Music. Joel then attended Thomas Jefferson University and obtained their MD in 1987. After that, they completed a Fellowship in Medical Informatics at Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital in 1993. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Lifestyle Medicine Coach from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, CHEF certified culinary coach from Harvard Medical School Media and Medicine, and Certified Health and Wellness Coach from Wellcoaches.
