Alexa Carlin

Alexa Carlin is Vice President of Business Development. She works closely with prospective members and companies to find the perfect membership that fits their unique requirements. Alexa also serves as the VP of Human Capital. She strives to provide a workplace anchored in the core values of loyalty, integrity, and transparency for her colleagues.

After graduating from Elon University with a B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Alexa started her career in New York City in 2013 at Marsh USA in the Private Client Services division. She worked directly with high-net-worth individuals and families to design comprehensive risk management programs to fit their unique risk profiles.
