Heidi Herre

Heidi Herre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, client relationship management, and customer experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of International Merchant Services and Head of Client Relationship Management at WorldFirst since August 2021, Heidi previously held key leadership roles at Bink as Head of Operations, and at Yoyo as Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of Operations. Heidi's career began at Visa Europe, where significant contributions included positions such as Head of First Line Support and Head of Implementation Management & Consultancy, overseeing crucial projects and team management. Heidi’s educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
