Jennifer Tuyen

Jennifer Tuyen has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, currently serving as a Desktop Support Specialist at Worldgate, LLC since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tuyen worked as a Consultation Agent at Geek Squad from July 2018 to October 2022, and as a Digital Service Fellows AmeriCorps Member at Communities In Schools of Philadelphia, Inc. from January 2016 to August 2017, where significant achievements included providing on-site technical support and managing high-profile projects.
