Patricia Irish

Patricia Irish is a seasoned professional in quality and regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the CAPA Manager at HeartWare Inc since May 2013, Patricia previously held the position of Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at the University of Miami Tissue Bank from September 2012 to May 2013. Prior to that, Patricia spent nearly two decades at Boston Scientific as Quality Engineering Manager II, and also gained experience as a Quality Engineer at Medcanica LLC and an Engineer at Symbiosis Corp. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, obtained between 1986 and 1990.
