David McGuire is the Head of Legal for Northern Europe at Worldline Global, leading a team of experienced lawyers in the UK and Nordics since November 2020. Prior to this role, McGuire served as the UK Head of Legal and Compliance and Legal Counsel at Ingenico Group from January 2016 to November 2020. McGuire also held the position of Legal Advisor in the Airborne and Space Systems Division at Leonardo from February 2011 to December 2015. Earlier experience includes a Trainee Solicitor role during secondments at Bird & Bird and Burges Salmon LLP, as well as various positions at Selex ES, including Trainee Solicitor and Senior Commercial Officer. McGuire earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Glasgow and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England.
