Gertjan Dewaele

Gertjan Dewaele is an experienced leader in product innovation and technology, currently serving as Vice President of Product & Technology for Global Commerce at Worldline since May 2014. In this role, Gertjan is responsible for creating and overseeing the product innovation program for Worldline Merchant Services, focusing on new solutions built on payment service provider capabilities. Gertjan has led various product innovation initiatives at Ingenico ePayments and has experience in strategic consultancy with The Boston Consulting Group. Gertjan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering from Ghent University and has pursued executive education in Product Management and Transition to General Management at Vlerick Business School and INSEAD, respectively. Gertjan has held leadership positions in student organizations, showcasing a commitment to educational affairs and community engagement.
