Joel Peczenik

Joel Peczenik has extensive experience in business intelligence and market analysis, currently serving as the Head of the BI Business Team in the Data & Business Analytics Department at Worldline Global since January 2010. In this role, Joel defines and implements the team's vision and strategy to deliver efficient BI reporting and analysis tools. Previously, Joel held positions as BI offshore manager and Business Intelligence KPI Manager, focusing on enhancing service reporting for external clients, and as New Business Development Manager for Customer Services, where a new suite of Added Value services was established. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Market Intelligence in the Marketing Department at Atos Worldline SA, providing key insights for decision-making and evaluating sales campaign results, in addition to working as a Market Intelligence Analyst at Banksys S.A. Educational qualifications include multiple programs from Vlerick Business School and a degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
