Jose Raj

Jose Raj has over 25 years of work experience in human resources. Jose is currently the SVP and Head HR at Worldline Global. Previously, they held the role of Director People & Culture at Vestas Wind Technology India Private Limited. Before that, they worked in various roles at Orano, including Country Director HR, AREVA India & BU Solar HR Director, Regional HR Head - Southern Region, and Country Manager - Performance & Process. Prior to Orano, they were the Deputy General Manager - Human Resources at Royal Enfield, Manager - Human Resources at Ford Motor Company, and Manager - Human Resources at Sanmar Engineering Corporation. Jose also served as the Head HR at Motherson Group and worked as an Executive - HR at JTS Technology Limited. Jose'searliest work experience was as a Personnel Officer at Dong-in Stone Indo Limited. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in various HR functions such as leadership development, talent management, performance management, labor relations, and workforce restructuring.

Jose Raj obtained a Coaching Skills Certification from Neuro Leadership in 2015-2016. In the same year, they also received an MBTI Certification in Personality Types from Anahat. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in PM & IR from Bosco Institute of Social Work, Sacred Heart College during the period of 1992-1994.
