Kurt Johnson

Kurt Johnson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, credit risk management, and finance. As SVP and Head of Enterprise HR and Dealer Services at Capital One, Kurt leads the development of SaaS products for over 15,000 US car dealerships, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure to enhance consumer-dealer connections. Previous roles at Capital One include Assistant Chief Credit Officer, where Kurt oversaw credit risk management, and Managing Vice President, responsible for risk management in mortgage and home equity businesses. Before Capital One, Kurt was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, founded Jackson Kress Consulting LLC, and worked as a Consultant at Accenture. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, Kurt serves on the Board of Directors for DC International, an e-commerce company with fast-growing brands.
