Marine Chiaberto

Marine CHIABERTO is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Group Head of Governance at Worldline since February 2022. Previously, Marine held the position of Head of Corporate Legal, Securities Law and Governance, as well as Secretary of the Board of Directors at SOITEC from January 2012 to June 2020, along with serving as a Legal Advisor. Marine's education includes a CAPA (Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat) in Corporate Law from Ecole des Avocats de la région Rhône-Alpes and a Master 2 (M2) in Business Law from Université Grenoble Alpes.
