Sujoy Burman

Sujoy Burman is a seasoned technical writer with extensive experience in creating and publishing product and user documentation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Worldline since May 2017, Sujoy specializes in flow design and the visual representation of complex system integrations, aligning product strategy with customer requirements. Prior experience includes roles at Avaya, Samsung R&D Institute India, Huawei Technologies India, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, and other companies, with a focus on documentation delivery, data architecture, and project leadership. Sujoy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Nagpur University and has received education from Trinity College London.
